Stevison’s Overview

Naturally smoke all of our products; most companies use liquid smoke because it is easier to use, less expensive and allows for higher yields.
We hand-place the muscles when making our products to provide the most natural, whole muscle items available. This creates a texture and appearance not found in most hams, turkey and beef sold today.
Our food safety processes are more stringent than most companies, which is why we earn a grade of AA in our BRC certifications and consistently score 95% or higher in standard customer audits.
We sanitize our RTE production areas every 15 minutes throughout each shift to keep a barrier of sanitizer ever-present; this includes personnel sanitation.
We use infrared pasteurization to sterilize our products prior to packaging.
We have dedicated Food Safety Officers in the RTE areas who monitor all practices and procedures throughout the day so we ensure the safety of our products.
We specialize in developing new and unique products to address a variety of applications. We are one of the few meat processors who perform ideation and development work for their customers. The current trend from the large companies is to perform R&D for only their own brands.
Development using unique ingredients is one of our hallmarks. We have been able to develop all natural products with natural antimicrobial inhibitors of various types, low sodium products using natural ingredients for clean labeling, high slicing yield natural products with natural protein binding as well as exotic flavors & meats such as Piri Piri Pepper, Bershire Pork and Kobe Beef.
